This hand dryer has completed structural upgrades and transportation vibration testing for our high-speed hand dryer.
Two key optimizations have been implemented: we increased the contact width between the photocatalyst box and plastic housing, and added one M3 self-tapping screw for stronger fixation. After finishing these two modifications, the hand dryer were packed as usual and put through vibration tests simulating real transport conditions on professional test equipment.
The test results confirm that the photocatalyst box detachment issue has been fully resolved. This upgrade greatly improves the overall structural stability of the hand dryer, effectively preventing loose components and damage during long-distance transit, and delivering more consistent and reliable quality to our global customers.
